That Bianchi is a great deal and is a Mixte as well. It's the OP's size and being sold by a bike guy, so it should be in great shape. Two whitewalls or cream tires and a white seat and it would be the most sought after Mixte in Phili, other than the Ross Mixte I sold to a Temple student!

I wonder if Bilenky does anything with used bikes?

Often shops with low interest in buying/selling used bikes will sell off abandoned completed repairs.

There are a couple of stores that sell mostly used bikes here in Philly. Some are more pretentious then others but they seem to be doing ok. Firehouse is great. I've taken my bike there to get my brakes fixed. They are very helpful.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but by Mixte, do you refer to the split down tube? the image is so blurry I can't really tell
