Need help ID ing this frame

Hi, anyone have any idea what the mfg. of this frame is by the head badge? Thanks, Myron.

Maybe try uploading a bigger photo that's almost all filled up by the head badge to https://www.google.com/insidesearch/f...chbyimage.html and see if you can get lucky.
