Raleigh expert opinion please, this team Raleigh, is it worth getting?

I have seen the standard team raleigh that is famous in thid forum but I have seen this one advertised on E-bay and wondered if it isa good one or if anyone can cast any light on the model.

Looks like a low-end, Euro-market team replica. Novel, but not the real deal.

No tubing stickers or evidence of good tubing, components look ill matching and low end, definitely not high end for this era. Regardless, if it's cheap, and it fits you, you can have a nice ride anyway.

Well, the oddball group raised red flags. Mid-range Huret RD and FD, low-end crankset, Weinmann (?) brakeset - it just doesn't fit.

Upon looking closer, the unicrown fork and thick seat lug gave indications of a similarly low-end frameset. Seeing as this is likely a late-1980's bike too, a top-end machine would have come with recessed brakes (by this era); yet, the frame is obviously designed for nutted brakes.
