Orange Cycles in Orlando has a yearly bike swap meet sale. Call them and get the date. I think it's coming up soon.

I've put in a request here. I'm not terribly familiar with it. It looks like it's a "safety check" on websites. What I'm missing is how it helps me (the site owner) or you (the viewer). Either way, being on a list of safe sites can't be a bad thing!

I'll be at the Tucson swap in November as well. We should meet up! Too early in the morning for a beer, but a cup of coffee would be good.

Cool. I should be able to make it. But, it's my wife's birthday the day before so might be tricky....

That's a concept I could never grasp. Beer is one of my favorite beverages before noon, though I've been known to drink coffee on occasion.

Is a coffee porter a fair compromise?

Looks like I'll be at the Milwaukee on the 2nd of December. There's nothing else available and I might get lucky. Anyone else going and need a ride PM me who lives in Chicago. Mike

There is a bike swap meet with the "El Tour de Mesa" in Mesa Az. Last year it was on April 14, 2012. I am not sure when it will be this year

https://www.azbikefest.org/attractions.aspx

I think Tempe does one about the same time of year. I think it is put on by the Tempe Bike Action Group

But again, I don't see a date listed yet

Are you referring to one at the guys house? If so, that is not the official Tempe one. The official Tempe one was usually at Phx Muni stadium. Or a park. And it is a spring time thing.

Since I've never been to a swap meet, what exactly can be swaped and/or sold? Are we just talking about parts or do people move bikes (swap and/or sell) as well?

Bay Area has a ton of small swaps, many attached to century rides. I'm local to the Pedaler bike shop in El Sobrante and they have twice a year swaps. Trips for kids has one in Mill Valley, though I didn't see it this year. Trailhead Cyclery and the Cupertino bike shop has them too. How big before you post them? Or is any swap worth putting on here?
