Wondering if anyone can help me identify this frame. It is a steel frame with P-ALLAN as a decal. The dropouts are campagnola. Any assistance in finding the history of this brand would be appreciated. I cant seem to get the pictures to upload

use a photo hosting site like flickr or photobucket. They are free. then you can copy the image code which will have a [img] in front of the url for the photo and paste it right into a post here on bike forums. Members will be happy to take a crack at it with photos. It sounds like you have a lot of info already. The P-Allan, is it on the downtube? Sounds like that is your man. Close ups of the drop-outs and all the lugs and tubing junctions are a must.
