Saved this from a dumpster. It was covered with grime, dirt and all that nice stuff. After cleaning and some adjusting this junker popped up. Has all these weird ancient junk like the ton heavy Sturmey, headlamps, bag, leather cable and shifter adjusters, lock-nuts etc. I am planning to get rid of the junk, grind the braze-ons (even has one on the chain-stay) and make it a cool fixie. Any ideas? Thanks

Must be a joke, otherwise, you are getting ready to spend time and money to destroy 99% of the value of this bike.

You have found a very nice bike. Handlebars were probably changed in from a North roads style. Do not turn it into a fixie!

After looking at your list of other bikes, I hope you're kidding. Me want.

I had to check my calendar. I thought it might be April 1.

Bikes: everywhere

If you were in the Portland area I'd suggest you not touch that bike, park it in your vacuum chamber, sell on craigslist for $300-500 in the Spring. Then buy a sweet fixie with the proceeds from the sale.

Yeah this is total B.S. Guy has a join date of May 2010 so I'm sure (unless he's a total tart) he knows its a fine Ride.

OP has removed the list of bikes from his signature. It's smelling a little worse by the minute. I think we're being had.
