Show us your e-stay Nishikis
Inspired to start this when posting in "show vintage mtbs". Got it on CL last week, original owner, a little run down but always garaged, the pics here are from the listing. The reflective purple tape has been removed but nothing else done to it. Maybe a drop bar for it, don't recall seeing one of those in the "drop bar" thread. I think its an 89' or 90'(haven't searched the Nishiki serial #s). The fork states it is a "linear blade"(high tech for the time!) and surprisingly it is a very nice looking fork with the comparatively small tapered blades to what would follow in the next few years. DX gruppo which is pretty nice. I'll post more pics when....well, whenever I can. In the meantime lets see pics of yours.

Don't know much about these I think they are a really cool lookinng innovative design. Yet have seen at least two brought into the local bike coop with busted rear chain stays using a less than perfect weld joint on the lower rear chain stay as a opposed a will done bend seems to be a cost related flaw in great design.
