Chiorda....
I know I should post pics with this, but I never took any. I'll rectify that soon. What I'll mention is from memory as I'm at the office....
Anway, I bought the bike about seven years ago and just added it to the collection. As I understand, there were two models: a base (which I have) and an upper level model with Campy.
Mine is a yellow 10-speed with the chrome head lugs. All original, right down to the handle bar wrap that is half white fabric and half rubber. It's in incredible condition. Cottered cranks. QR wheels. Small frame. A decal on the top tube (again, I'm not looking at it and this is from memory) mentions something about the Tour De France in the 1970's.
Is there any value to this? I know Sheldon Brown didn't speak to highly of them back when, especially this base model.
Thanks!
Fred

I sold these during the boom and while they were very attractive, the fit and finshed left much to be desired. There were two entry level models and the lower of the two was actually slightly better thanks to the Simplex prestige derailleurs.
Generally, I'd say there's not much value but you're in a very high priced market that appreciates the bling factor. It might be a pleasant surprise. We'll have a better idea, once you post pictures.
