I would guess Motobecane. The two winged heads look a lot like this.

Ver cool bike, Akraka! And welcome to the forum. If you could post some more detailed pictures, especially of the remaining paint marks and decals on the frame, I'm sure we can find out more.

Thanks for the pictures, akraka. Don't worry about the English, you're doing fine. No decals, indeed, but there are some interesting details in your pictures that might be of value in determining the brand:
- the holes in the head tube, never seen those before. Anyone recognise that pattern?
- there's a brand or model name on the headlight, what does it say?
- are there any more legible names or codes to be found on the bike, or the parts? They might at least indicate which country this bike came from
- the bike looks decidedly pre-war to me
- the serial number is on the left side of the seat lug, and reads from bottom to top

Definitely pre-war, possibly 1920s. The chainstay and seatstay treatment, the "T" seatpost, the very short stem extension, the art deco figures on the chainring, the rear facing "track end" type dropouts, etc., all say twenties or thirties to me.
Very cool bike.

Very nice bike. I hope it is in good enough condition to restore. It's a real gem. Thanks for the pictures.

Yes, I'm aware the holes once held an emblem, but the interesting thing here is the shape of the holes: I've only seen round holes so far. This shape is not very common, so it might help to identify the brand.
Balaco was a German manufacturer (and exporter) of bicycle lights and generators, so it is likely that this is a European bike. In Holland brands like Fongers, Union and Simplex used (rebranded) Balaco lighting systems.
The Torpedo hub is also of German manufacture. 39 could be the year. Have a look at this page, and see if you recognize anything:

I haven't been able to identify the cranks or chainwheel. My guess would be that they're German too, and that this bike came to Slovenia with the German troops in the 1940's.

I've been looking at the chainwheel. It's some kind of warrior, but I'm not well-versed in German cultural history. I've tried Viking, but that yielded nothing of interest.
The crank logo might well be a stylized eagle.
Perhaps one of the German members can help us out here?
Thanks for these clear pictures. The bike looks to be in pretty good shape underneath the dirt! Congratulations on the find. Can you show us some more of the bag?

i ve tried viking too , but nothing find.

To me it appears as if it is an Adler crank arm attached to a Motobecane chainwheel. If you compare the image on the chainwheel to that which miamijim uploaded, it is a nearly exact match.

Wow. That is one cool crank set. The whole bike. You may just be able to find a head badge from the time period...I'd guess 30's too...if you keep an eye on French and German ebay. Really nice bike.

Very interesting grips on those bars. One looks to be leather, or maybe an early faux leather, and the other, intact grip looks like it might be laminated phenolic, like micarta.

I don't think the wheels are original. They look like 26" wheels on a 28" bike. Really intruiging, though, the whole thing.
