Is this a Fiorelli?

This is my brother's bike, which he calls a Fiorelli Vitoria. What do you think it is?

Yeah the suicide front shifter rocks.

Bikes: Indeed!

Nice bike!
I don't know if it was made by Fiorelli: The color certainly resembles some of their mid-seventies bikes. Sure brings back memories, though: My best friend when I was 12 (1964) had a Vittoria bike, slightly newer than this one - no suicide shifter, but with Campy Record rear derr. and Gran Sport front derr. His bike was dark blue. I don't remember any Fiorelli markings on it... but it was a long time ago.
