C-Record rear derailleur question...

I am putting my old De Rosa back to it's original state with a 1st generation C-Record group and I have a problem---the part of the rear derailleur that rests on the frame's dropouts is cracked and broken. I don't know what this part is called so I have taken an image from the Hilary Stone website and marked the piece that I need with a red arrow below.

I don't necessarily need this part to be Campagnolo, I just want it to function, does anyone know where I can find a replacement part and, also, what the heck is this thing called?

Thanks!

you can find steel replacements out there somewhere.. used to be a guy on ebay. Check with CR folks for contact info. I think he was in switzerland, but others may have started making them too.

Two possibilities, one quick fix with J-B Weld or go to Ebay and pay dearly through: pb*bikes "https://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Campagnolo-C-RECORD-first-generation-Rear-derailleur-stop-Rare-replacement-/310709317872?pt=US_Derailleurs_Rear&hash=item4857b7f0f0" at $200 or try Tracker 5000: "https://www.ebay.com/itm/Campagnolo-C-Record-Rear-Derailleur-1st-Gen-Spring-Stop-Plate-7116064-NOS-/300944226685?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4611ac797d" for $79, both have free shipping. Some say that there's hardly any difference with or without rear derailleur stop. One of Campagnolo's bad idea's or material used. I have the last generation of the first with the stamp logo, does not require the rear derailleur stop.

You have a better chance of finding a bar of gold on the side of the road.

Thanks for the input folks, that is what I expected, that this would be an expensive and hard-to-find piece. I don't have access to the CR list, can anyone do me a favour and check it for the guy who has steel reproductions for sale?

I would pay the $79 for the original in the auction that gioscinelli posted but it will probably just break again...
