First ride on my 73 Paramount

I finally rode my 73 P-13 today. I got peddles mounted that match the rest of my bikes. Other than brakes and peddles this bike is all original. This is the first bike Ive ridden with sew ups and a brooks saddle. My 72 P-13 has 600 tricolor and clinchers. I have put quite a few miles on the 72 and really like it a lot. I was surprised at the difference in ride between these two bikes and have concluded its the wheels. I may just have to swap the wheel sets back and forth to see if that is what makes the difference. I think I like the Brooks saddle as well. The next couple of days riding will be interesting.

Need some pics!

(And, it is pedals, not peddles.)

KZ is nearby, you're close enough to ask for a test ride!

If it is a 56cm, I'm up for it. :-)

Bikes: Yes

I just acquired a 1973 Paramount from the original owner. It had been "upgraded" with some stuff but he had all the original parts. It looks like my winter project bike and is now in pieces so no pics. I am watching the Paramount threads for this new line of interest for me. Mainly, I am all Italian but when a Campy equipped Waterford falls into your lap, what are you going to do?

I've not ever ridden a Paramount. I'm game if the OP is.
