'87 Cannondale Project

Hi guys,

Will the Nashbar Carbon 1-in threaded fork work fine as a direct replacement for the stock '87 Cannondale SR series? If so, I am confused as to what size to order. Anyone know the correct size for that model/year?

Thanks,
Pete

Bikes: to many to list

if the nashbar fork is a one inch threaded fork and the steer tube is long enough you should be ok. I belive that they are both compatible with a short reach recessed bolt brake. The bottom race that you pound on to the fork should be ok..but you may need to file down the part of the fork where the bearing race goes. Your LBS should be able to let you know. Soo. Measure steer tube length and make sure its a one inch threaded and you would be ok
