Gitane's Crank, What am I Missing?

Let me begin by saying I bought an early 70's Gitane Grand Sport De Luxe last Friday. Bike appears to be all original, but needs pedals and TLC. I am puzzled though by the crank set; it's missing something, perhaps a chain guard, but I'm not 100% sure. A 1970 Gitane catalog scan's spec sheet calls for a Durax crank set but I have been unable to find a photo of one similar to mine. Can someone confirm the crank set is a Durax and what is missing? I've attached a couple of photos to help with the ID.

if you are asking about the three, what appear to be, bolt holes which are empty the answer is that they are not used in this case because the inner c/w is rivetted to the outer.

expect the pedals were removed for transit.

Don't think it's a Durax. Every Durax crank i've seen has removable chainrings and is clearly stamped "Durax" on the crank arm or directly under the spindle.

The stylized bicycle logo on the chain ring, I believe, spells out the word CYCLO. That's the French company by that name. I've seen that crank before but can't remember who made it.
