Good idea, I got in touch with Steel Vintage Bikes even though they aren't much into french bikes, maybe they can help out.

I'll start right away going through french/european forums and see what happens. By the way Toton means boobs in French haha , it's Tonton.

Thanks everyone else for the ebay tips!

Try A Great Vintage. It's a new C&V classified site which grew out of a lot of frustration with Ebay among the denizens of the Classic Rendezvous group/mailing list. You can create a "wishlist" ad which others can see. You might get some hits that way. Also, as someone else suggested, joining Classic Rendezvous and posting a "WTB" note might generate some leads.

Also, you might hunt around for Craigslist aggregated search sites. I know CL frowns on them, and appears to have shut down my favorite, but they are out there, and allow you to search multiple local CL sites for the same search term simultaneously. If you find something outside your area, you can often find someone on BF who happens to be local to the bike, and who can help facilitate the transaction.

I don't see the problem with aggregated CL. Twice when I was listing things on my local (sandiego) CL I was contacted by remote people (Seattle, Rhode Island) wanting to buy my stuff, and willing to pay for shipping, and willing to paypal up front.

I don't see the problem with it either, but apparently CL doesn't like it.

Keep in mind that Craigslist has a real 'hippie, local sales, not-pig-capitalist, not-serious-business' attitude. I've always felt their dislikes of stuff like this goes back to that point.

$1,600? Pardon me, but that is just ridiculous.
(Note to self: bring one of those 150€ PX10s home from France this week)

I think it's the gold component group that drives the OP's interest -- and the price.

BTW, is that drillium (cranks, levers) original?

I can confirm it is now a Google Group. But the place to get started is still www.classic-rendezvous.com.

There is a PY-10 that pops up for sale from time to time in Orange County, but it is in horrible shape. Tons of rust, scratched parts, mis-matched crankset. He was selling it for $200, so a friend went to check it out. He said the only part in decent shape was the shifters. It was a real shame.

I just wanted to say that posting on the Classic Rendez-Vous was fruitful so far. I had 4 responses from different PY10s owners within an afternoon. Unfortunately, I haven't found one yet that fits me but pretty sure I will. Thanks again for your recommandations.
