I ride 60. I don't think this is your performance road bike, but you could still keep it and build it up for other types of riding. A 60 won't have much difference in TT length than a 58cm (typically) so it may still "fit". It would be more of a "French Fit" as they say.

then it is not a problem, you know what you have to do, sell the bike. You can relax now knowing that you cannot regret your decision to sell.

I had a TSX bike fall in my lap that is 2Cm to big for me. Changed out the 100mm stem for an 80mm and it fits like a glove. If you can manage the standover hight you should be good to go with shorter stem and some time fooling around with your fit
