Gorgeous Vitus!
Although I don't drink, I dig the man cave liquor cabinet!

Love these bikes, what does the Carbone weigh? I have a 979 in the garage now and I'm curious.

Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC

Just curious, being that you own both a Carbone 7 and a Carbone 9, did you ever figure out what the difference is between the two that might not be noticable to most Carbone owners..... other than Vitus decided to count the four CF tubes at the seat stays for the 9, otherwise they are identical. First thought that the 9 had a carbon fork, but Vitus never made such for this generation of Carbones....

Both the same. I'm working on a early Carbone 3 and it should be done this week end and I will post that also. Just waiting for my vintage tires to come in. Then I have a total surprise by Vitus after that. Just waiting for the wheels to be built. I'm finally getting around to completing bikes that I had in my shed.

The C-Record gruppo is the perfect match for that Vitus. Look how beautifully the smooth expanses of polished aluminum complements the Vitus' lugwork.
