Help, what should I do?

Hello,

I just found a vintage Apollo Chaparral, some of the components are rusted and broken. Most of the spokes on the wheels are either broken or too rusty. Besides that the wheels are in pretty good condition, would it be worth the time of replacing most of the spokes or should I just buy new wheels? All I am looking for is silver wheels (surprisingly hard to find in Canada). On a totally different note, can I use a 7 speed chain on a 5 speed freewheel?

Thanks
Liam
