What does C&V drink? Adult beverage wise now?
Just curious, what does the C&V crowd drink? I'm a big lover of Belgian style ales. La Fin Fu Monde (Canada) being one of my favorites. Others include Duvel, Delirium tremens, Brooklyn 1, anything Allagash, Pliny the Elder, Chimay and other strong Belgians. What are you drinking now and what is your favorite?

Not much of a hard liquor snob. Will drink straight whisky, tequila, or vodka on occasion. Generally prefer whisky in the form of a sour or maybe a hot toddy. Margaritas are always welcome.

I expected this to be a thread about beer-themed jerseys for sale...
I do enjoy beer on occasion (not especially picky aside from preferring ales and darker beers), but my real love is for all-American distilled corn wine. Currently I'm sipping some Breckenridge Whiskey, which is pretty good for only being aged 2 years (according to the internet, they conveniently leave that information off the bottle), smooth and tastes very strongly of butterscotch. I can't claim to have tried a huge variety yet (drinking in moderation, and on a budget will do that), but some favorites of mine are W.L. Weller, Buffalo Trace, and Elijah Craig.

They are my two most favorite beers, displacing Omegang Three Philosophers and Abbey Ale and Young's Double Chocolate beer which till last year were on the top of my list.
There was a black beer from Colorado I recently tied at a restaurant that I really liked too. Cannot remember the name though but it had something like four numbers on its name....

Love Unibroque's the La Fin du Monde but love their Maudite much better!

Maudite is very tasty as well. Have you tried there Don De Dieu? Yumm is all I can say.

I have had offerings from Trader Joe's in my fridge as of late. I tend to like a good shandy in the summer the dark beers/brown ales in fall and winter. I can favor a good German beer all year round. Honestly, one of my favorites is Pabst Blue Ribbon. It is one of the beers that doesn't give me a headache after I drink it.

I usually get a case of PBR for a cheap beer to have around. I also buy cases of Sierra Nevada pale ale at Costco.
Favorite for quite awhile has to be Lagunitas Little Sumpin. I have had the Half Acre and it is good stuff. Revolution Anti-hero isn't a particular favorite though I did really like one of their seasonals (A Little Crazy I think it was).
