Help With Old Pannonia Identification please

Hello all, I've had this bike for a few years (passed down through the family). It is a Pannonia brand bike. I can see the lettering SAFARIS__RT on the upright under the saddle but cant find anything online to back it up. The bike is over 30 years if the family Lore holds true. 26" by 3/8' wheel size. Also looking for replacement/"upgrade" parts but don't know where to look. I live in Dublin, Ireland.

A number of parts are cheap quick replacements and do look out of place

So any help identifying the bike (and things like rough age) would be great and where would one look for spares.

Cool, thank you very much. Found the letters on my bike. Same year as your bike, but it was built in June. Thank you again for the Information!

during the time of the Roman Empire Pannonia was the name for the province roughly corresponding to present day Hungary.
