Carlos,
If you're thinking of selling on e-bay, don't sweat setting a price. It will go to whatever it will want to go to.
If you're thinking of selling locally, see if you can find something comparable that recently sold on e-bay. If you live where prices are high (NYC, Washington, Boston, LA, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, etc), you might be able to ask a bit more than what the comparable one sold for on e-bay (as you won't have to worry about shipping). If you're in a smaller, or less expensive market, put in with about the price the e-bike sold for, and add "obo", which will not discourage someone from offering to buy it if they're halfway serious.

Last Strada I bought was five bucks. You can ignore this price safely, however, I find 'em cheap; the real value is certainly higher. Exage is kinda lower end shimano. Below Dura-ace, RX100, 600, Ultegra, 105, and probably a few more. Good, nothing amazing. Tange did make some very nice tubesets-- I had a Panasonic made with Tange "1" tubing, that was a beautiful bike. They also made some straight guage stuff. The Strada I have is straight guage. I really don't know enough about the Bianchi models, but the Strada I've got is Taiwan made.
Personally, I think 189 is a bit high for what I think is an entry level road bike (at least the one in my basement is). However, is the bike in good running condition? New cables and housing? Chain? All these things can up the value, along with where you live, as bikes seem to have wild geographic fluctuations in pricing. In NYC or Cali, it might be reasonable; here it isn't, I don't think. Keep in mind I am no Bianchi expert nor have I seen the bike.

No idea about the Exage, but Shimano's a decent company (although I do love Campy), so it should be the least of your worries. It'll get the job done.

I found a reference to a 1990 Bianchi Strada LX in a Canadian magazine. Given the exchange rate at the time, the US price would have been $300-325. That's typical for 1990 era bicycles that used the low end Exage group.
