The Shimano Dura ace or 600 are the best looking stems ever, the 3ttt Record 84 is close 2nd.
If Campagnolo had made a stem, it would of courde be even better.
The Cinelli 1a is of course the classic stem.
Just my opinion.

I will be switching my Team Pro from a 100 mm Cinelli 1A and Cinelli bar to a 140 mm 3ttt stem and 3ttt Superleggero bar. I am mostly doing this for fit reasons, but I'm also hoping the 3ttt setup shaves a bit of weight. My favorite stems are actually the early milled out Mavic stems, just because I am a French snob.

hi that is very interesting. is this the new pro peleton trend ? or a personalised concept, bearing in mind some good mountain rd climber's perform well
seated and like to even the play between hamstrings and quadraceps.i guess a lot of pro riders work specificaly on subtleness of there backs and the more riding i did,did make me want to try and stretch further.i put this down to stretch=molecules had grown longer slightly.but when i climbed seated i
it was efficient to shift my arse back and use more hamstring.

+1 for modern Nitto stems because they're readily available in all sizes, look good, and won't break the bank. The Shimano is a favorite, but a Nitto or Cinelli 1A are my go to. I did have to look up what a Grammo was... I suppose the titanium and functionality could offset the ugly.
