Cyclo Pro Rendezvous
I picked up this Cyclo Pro today. From researching the brand here it appears to have been a West Coast Imports marquee that was purchased in the late 80's by another company. The frame has a rather gaudy made in the USA label. Most likely it was made in Taiwan with some sort of final brazing done here in the US.
Check out the extra bad splatter paint. My wife says it looks like it has chest hair. It has a decent amount of braze ons, but frame assembly is extra shoddy (notice the chain stay indents do not line up with the tire
).

With it's short top tube I think it will make a nice drop bar conversion. If I like the ride I'll set it up as a fully rigged commuter.
