Bikes: Colnago Super, Basso Gap, Pogliaghi, Fabio Barecci, Torelli Pista, Miyata 1400A
Looks like a Colnago Mexico. The chrome fork and chainstay along with the crimped TT is the giveaway.
My guess is mid-eighties.
