Integral center pull rear cable hanger

I really like my Raleigh Grand Prix and was wondering if there are any other bikes/companies that have an integral center pull cable hanger like the 70s era Grand Prix?

It's an Option, But to lower the costs some things get left Off. putting a seatbinder bolt mounted Cable hanger costs less and
lets the customer Use Side Pull Brakes as they Choose.

I have a TA made Integrated Bolt and Cable hanger I put on my steel, Pinarello CX bike

Ref 368 seen here .. Specialites T.A. - other
