What's this button for?
I was recently given an 80's Ciocc frame that I am building up. I noticed a braised-on button on the inside of the right seat stay about 3" up from the rear dropout. What's that for?

It's a chain hanger. You hang the chain there when dropping the rear wheel, and it's there for you when you put it back. It can also help keep the chain in place when transporting the frame with the wheels off.

This was apparently a "multi-shoot" vid, in that the first button push was by that of a guy on a bike; second (unseen) push, we see a standing girl observing the action.
Once again, we have a hard hitting commercial that rivets one's attention at a small cost of viewer's time; "We have a WINNER!!
