Haha! That's exactly what I used to ride when I was a kid! Funny thing was, I actually liked the turkey levers, 'cause I'd ride on the tops 100% of the time. Now, in my 50's, I NEVER ride on the tops; shame, too, as I have nice S-Works Aerofly bars on my Spec., with big flat toips that look SOoooo comfy..... but I just can't bring myself to do it- not even when climbing. (I think IO'm aging backwards- I couldn't ride in the drops when I was young, to save my life!)

Interrupter levers are better than turkey levers, though I am not categorically opposed to turkey levers.

I recommend a dork disk to most people, even though they are ugly. If someone destroys his wheel and I had recommended removal of the dork disk, I'd feel bad.

Was/is there really a legal requirement for spoke protectors in the US?

So does this mean I wont be seeing any Six's at garage/yard sales this summer for fear of being sued or arrested? Purely tongue-in-cheek, this stuff is freaking LAUGHABLE.
