Choosing a Rear Deraileur
As I wait for my frame, 1984 Miyata 610, to come back from the frame builder. I am having it cold set and a pump peg installed. I have been cleaning up parts. The idea is to install a 8 speed cassette with Ultegra bar end shifters so I need to select a RD. The important feature is it needs to be SHINY!
Suggestions?
Thanks!

I'm actually using that pictured derailer with a 12-34t cassette and 9s indexing. There is a bit of abruptness to the shifting on the larger cogs, and even a bit of contact between pulley and the largest cog's teeth, but it works ok without having to ever shift off of the big ring.
