My family and I are eating our way thru Disneyland today. Waiting for my kids to deliver me my ice cream right now. It's a good thing I went with the 28/32's.

My wife would get the SoCal resident restricted Disney passes for herself and the kids. Living in the OC with passes it was easy for her to take them to Disneyland for a few hours here and there, after school, etc. This worked well as they would go while I was at work! Win-win.

He's still got the Bora Bora Beach Shack to Bungalow KOM!

In Dallas maybe there's a steakhouse-to-bar segment to be conquered?

Just popping in to reply to inquiry in other carbo load thread.

First PT appt is this coming Wednesday.

Tore two ligaments on outside of ankle and fractured heel. I'm still using a boot and the knee scooter at work. When I get carried away putting weight in it I pay dearly with pain and swelling. Surgery has not been ruled out yet. I will be changing doctors after new year as moving to PPO. Will be able to see doc of my choosing and get into PT at more convenient location.

Another reason to ride a cruiser. 65 miles with a 3 mile beach ride in the middle. Try that with your 23's or whatever they are.
Black Friday, it was a gorgeous day here in SoCal.

I can't seem to INSERT the photo from the link! WTH?

I feel I've already gained my winter ten.

In other news my Dad died this week the day after my 53rd birthday.

Time to become one with my trainer!

I've done this kind of thing plenty of times, but you can substitute ice cream for churros.

Now using the Sufferfest windoz app. Integrating virtual power and personalized targets makes for a much harder workout experience.

Spent most of this weekend putting my new Miele through it's paces.

You didn't think I mean a Miele bike, did you?
