Like i said last month, everytime i sign up, it bites me in the butt. I ended up with surgery on calf that kept me down. But I'll book mark a place here, just in case.

5/1- 2.2 first post surgery ride to see how it felt.

Finally back on the bike after being off it all winter. Rode to the gym with the wife this weekend (to make sure I hadn't forgot how!) First day to ride to work today and can definitely feel it! Going to try and get back into my 3 day a week routine. If I can break 100 miles for the month, I'm happy!

5/6 - 6.64 miles
5/7 - 21.55
