Goal for the month is 400km - trying to keep it realistic with the amount of vacation and camping coming up this month.

hoping I can also be down 8lbs by end of July as well, Iíll be down to 250 if thatís the case. The lowest Iíve been in two years.

07/01 - 36.0 miles

MTD: 36.0 miles
GOAL: 1,000 miles

Additionally, I'm going to try to lose 10 pounds (I lost 13 last month), and end the month with a consecutive ride streak of 212 days.

100 by the 15th. Right now only have a fixed gear bike-long story. Planning a century on the SART with it by the end of the year.

Planning on getting to 100 this month. I did 73.32 last month.
Gonna try to make the trip to the next town over once a week. It's about 20 miles, round trip. That combined with my commute to work should get me there easily.

No real plan except 100+ miles for the month since I'm just getting started again. We'll see how things go.

I think I'm going to try for 300 miles.
7/1: 17.5
7/3: 17.6

MTD: 35.1
YTD: 1178.1

Nicked a rat tonight. Caught it with my left toe, then felt it tumble under my BB. Barely saw it out of the corner of my eye, so could have been a rabbit, but along this stretch of the MUP it's usually rats.

Nailed a squirrel two days ago. Saw a scurry by the side of the path then a pronounced thump at my rear wheel. Looked behind to see it run into the bushes across the path. Would have stopped to shorten it's suffering, but it ran into the poison oak.

No goal other than to hit the 100+ mark for the month. It would be nice to hit 1000 for the year, but I don't see it happening with all of the new house projects I have going on. Winter starts early.
