Grecian formula.... hmmm well it's called X96 and weighs around 20 ton loaded...
...and I swear the regular morning driver has it out for me since he gives me a
good chase from my home all the way to work by tailgating me! lol
Except for being chased by the airport express bus, I gave up driving last year and have been a happy cycling commuter ever since!
Thanks guys for everything!

As repayment for the generous support (and massive quantities of sports drink) provided by The Historian during my century ride this past weekend, I have promised to post "Before" and "During" photos to this thread. I say "Before & During" because I am not done yet. I'm kind of glad I'm doing this, too. Just looking at the before pictures again reminds me of how unbelievably far I've come:
These were at my heaviest weight - 425 pounds. These were taken in the Fall of 2008. I didn't actually start my diet & exercise program until October 2009, but I was the same weight when I started.
Here is a shot from my first 5k race. This was taken in March of 2010 - about 5 months into my journey. At that point, I was down to about 359 pounds. (a loss of 66 pounds)
And finally, (for now), here are some shots from our century ride this past weekend. About 9 1/2 months of work, and down to 310 pounds. (total loss of 115 pounds since starting mid-October 2009)

So far so good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9a9rACENO0
But that was a couple months ago. Down to about 225# at the beginning of March. (I only weigh on the first so I do not obsess about the scale, because I totally would!) I started out at 373# August 15, 2011.

Here's a recent composite before and after. Before has us at about 320 (Capt) and 190 (stoker). Current has us at 255 and 104 or so. Actual weightloss has all been in the last 2 years or so.

You must be about 7ft tall, it doesn't look like you're carrying 337lbs. Good job on the weight loss!
