Tom, I'll PM you my email.
I was in the same boat in February, but since then I am down about 10 lbs. Look for something to change up in your diet, exercize program ect.

diet? exercise?

I should look into those things.

I really haven't changed anything about my diet since I got my bike in December. Didn't ride it much until around February when it started warming up. Since then I've lost about 8 pounds from a high of 333.5. So... riding is the only exercise I've gotten in a long time. I do need to get serious about it though. I imagine the weight would start dropping pretty quickly if I rode daily.

Hope I'm not too late for this month's weigh in. I am now 311, UP 4 pounds. And if that isn't bad enough, I am going on a cruise this month!

I'm taking the ClydeWeight loss database online, it's up now

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?i...83189024179407

Those of you that haven't sent me an email address, if you do, I can send you the invitation to self enter your weight. I have the charting a lot more readable there as well, since I had a little time to work on it tonight. PM them to me to protect your privacy.

Is it too late to get involved? I've been slowly losing weight for a couple of months now, but too slowly, alas!

To bring this up to the top again, if anyone is interested in participating in the weight loss database, PM me an email address and I'll send you an invitation. Also, any established member can invite new members as well, just add them in if you do by inserting a row alphabetically and add them when you send an invite!

Here is a link to see what I am talking about for those of you that are new to Clydesdale's. It's open to Athena's as well, by the way!!

Tom,
Been out of touch for a couple of months now but I'm back on the bike and trying hard to get around this weight loss. You can put me down for 242 lbs as of today. I'm limiting myself to 1800 calories per day with the addition of a cliff bar when needed on long rides. I'm riding 14 miles after work on an advanced trail this evening and 40 miles on the road bike on both Saturday and Sunday. I'm targeting 8 - 10 pounds per month in loss.

Less then a week left in July.

Seems like a lot of people have lost some motivation and haven't posted weights in months! We have 74 people listed and maybe 30 that have been keeping up to date. Don't let Tom's hard work go to waste!

And to Tom I can't thank you enough. I use the mileage log spreadsheet you made and this database. Both have really helped me and motivate me. As dumb as it may sound keeping track of my miles and weight seems to really make it worth while and without it I wouldn't work as hard as I do. I even convinced my brother to join me and we both have been doing pretty good so far. So I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done! Don't think it goes unnoticed or unappreciated. It makes a big difference!

There's a mielage spreadsheet? Is that instead of or on top of posting miles here?

I use it for myself. I am not part of the spinner miles where everyone posts on this forum. I just have it saved on my computer and add my miles everytime I ride. It can be found on Toms site here.
