Goals for 2007 -
First Metric Century by April (Hey, I live in New England, lousy roads often snow covered thru March)
First Century By June 3
MS 150 in Rhode Island in June
Pan Mass Challenge in August
Weight down to 180 - Currently 215, down from 235 in Sept. (Darn, those holidays...)
Keep the majority of skin on me, not on road.

To make every day a NOCAL day (Not One Calorie After Lunch). This isn't "good practice" for weight loss, but I think it may work for me. Will list results (or lack of same) as they come.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Drop weight, for the whole year ideally to around 200-210 (245 right now). As much as I can by summer.
Get more into my photography, I would love to get some of my stuff into a gallery at some point.
Get my endurance up, I want to do a solo bike tour in the north of the province in the summer, bike around the Cabot Trail.
Do well in school.

Wish me luck!
  • Avoid using my truck as much as possible and ride to work 90% of my shifts.
  • Ride a century
  • Down to 220 from my current 250

And neither Barney nor the Wiggles will ever, ever see the inside of my house
