This Day in history
On this day in history I finally broke the 300 lb mark and weighed in at 298.4. 
> I jokingly told my wife that to celebrate, I wanted Cheescake after my burger and fries. After about 45 days of stagnant weight range, I am finally starting to see some movement downward. About damn time.
Off to dinner. Salad and fruit and then a 20 mile ride.

Not to jump on your bandwagon, Brian. but I broke 250 yesterday, coming in at 249 and a fraction. Let's both celebrate. I'm leaving for a training ride in a few minutes. :-)
