Thinking about another bike

Hey guys. I wasn't really actively contemplating a new bike until I ran across this:

https://chambana.craigslist.org/bik/314219878.html

I still need to go to the guys place and take it for a test spin. But if it fits me and I like the feel of it, I may make him an offer on it. I've heard good things about the specialized brand in the past and just wondering if anyone here has any opinions on whether this would be worth it or not and if so, what a fair price would be. Thanks!

I'm currently on a raleigh mojave 2.0 mtn. bike. I have discoverd that I only do road and path riding though, so a mountain bike isn't necessarily what I need. That's why I'm considering picking this up.

I just saw that one, it wasn't posted when I last looked. I think that one would probably fit me better. I'm going to go check them both out and see how they ride. Thanks for the input.
