Once a Clyde, always.......

I'm 15 down the road from Clydesville after almost two years and 80 pounds, but I still see the glow in the distance. Will the enchantment of gluttony ever leave me?

Just wonderin'

If you've adopted a life style change rather than just going on a diet, I think you will be fine.

I pedal faster so I can keep eating. Over the years I've given up drugs and smoking and mostly drinking too, food is all I have left. It's all I got man!

I have learned the secret (besides riding a lot) is to replace quantity with quality. I only drink red wine, when I drink.

Yep I got down under 200 then I broke my foot. Then seven months later I broke my ankle & leg same side. After a year 1/2 of not being able to cycle much, I'm fat again.
