Hyah!

Just rode the White Rock Creek and Lake trails and did it 0.6 mph faster than I've ever done before. Got passed by a few of those faster people but passed a whole bunch more slower people (new xmas presents and all).

Had beautiful weather today, sort of coolish, but still good for shorts and t-shirt for me...maybe that helped. It felt great.

Good job.

Not to warm here in Iowa when I got back. It was 9 degrees when I got home.
