I have you beat on shoes 50 SIDI I am 6' 6" at 310lbs .https://www.coldlizard.com will custom make stuff at no extra charge (I got a vest) there is a similar therad about clothes on mtbreview fourms under "clydesdales"

im hoping the 49s will fit, i put on a pearlizumi 49 and it felt like id need at least a 55 in that shoe. but apparently SIDI run very true to size, so if i measure a 49, i'll just get a 49. If they dont fit that great, im used to riding sockless anyway, so thats what i'll do. and they can also stretch them.
