Need some inspiration?

If you need some inspiration check out this site...

https://teamhoyt.zrainmedia.com/videos/

I've lost about 20-pounds in the past 3-months, but started getting bored with treadmills, lifecycles, etc...I bought a Trek Roadbike and started to get outside. I've found that getting out inspires me to do more. I'm running a 5k April 4th and another on April 11th. I've decided to try a local Triathalon on May 30th. I thought about it, but after seeing the video clips from the site above, I'M GONNA DO IT! It's only a 300 meter swim, 20k bike, and 5k run, but it's a start.

Get motivated, and stay motivated! Cheers!

What no comments? I guess no one checked out the link. If your afraid to go to the link, then look up Dick and Rick Hoyt or Team Hoyt on google. Have a tissue handy before hand though.

Personally I am not the type of person that looks at others as role models, or for inspiration/motivation. . .

I am too rebellious/anti-authority for that, basically I am too stubborn and pig-headed to know better.
