Kicking my Training into High Gear
I'm doing the Aids Lifecycle starting May 31st. San Francisco to Los Angeles in 7 days....545 miles. I'm 6'7" and when I started really getting into doing more that just my 5 mile commute (which I've done on a bike for 6 years, rain or shine) I was at 251lbs.....I'm at 224 now, and actually lost 6lbs just in the last week.....Just got back for 61 miles today......it's wearing me down for sure......this was my first 200 mile week.
