I haven't checked into this thread in 4 weeks, but today I am at 253; that is 12 lbs less than a month ago. I am pretty stoked, to say the least. My goal was to drop below 260 in May, maybe I will have to revise that to dropping below 250.

For a multitude of reasons, though no excuses, I completely fell off the wagon this past week. 0 goals met.
A Net gain of 1.2 pounds, and only about 14 miles ridden.
goals for this coming week will be
to ride at least 30 miles (20 of which with my wife on Saturday)
and to lose 2 pounds.

Monday night after training:
205lb/93kg
Happy with that. Keep an eye on the food discipline and steady with the training. Aim for sub-93kg next week.

221 (-2). A bit disappointed, given a 314 mi week, which was a lifetime best distance for me. I must have put on new muscle mass, you betcha.

Missed last weeks post. Anyway still on my target of losing a lb or a pound and a half every week. As a recap I was at 209 on 2/2/09 and 15 weeks later I registered a 189. Did this by riding more (125 miles a week at a minimum) and cutting out most sugary food and adding lots of water and fruit. Also have now added some running and swimming to the routine as the wife and I are signed up for a triathlon in July.
I will try to get down about 5 more lbs and then the job of maintaining it starts.

weigh in of 231, which is up from last week's 229, but I had not been getting enough water, and I have been making a conscious effort to drink more h20, so that is the increase, me thinks. Anyway, looking to get back under 230 for this week, so shooting for 228. Also looking to do the year's first 50miler this weekend, and possibly another 40. We'll see.

It has been a while since I checked in. I an at 344.8, down about 20.6
This week, I will keep up the string of weeks with actual weight loss by watching the diet, doing yard work, and trying to get in a couple of rides.

Wow
Just found this thread. Great motivational idea.
I weighed in at 268 3/4 on Monday. First weigh in in a while and first trip to the gym in about 3 1/2 years. Goals for this week would be workout every day - already met! and lose 1 pound. I know not very ambitious, but with a Memorial day trip to visit with my wife's family and three cookouts already planned, I'll be happy with any drop at all.
Next week's goal is to get a new wheelset installed on my bike that will support my big behind and get back on the bike.
Thanks for the motivation.
Mike

Done well with riding. Put in about 180 miles over the 3-day weekend. Tomorrow is a trainer day. Weight is still the same. Sitting at 147 on the new scale. I'd like to get it down to 145.
