Doctors Appt. Results

Since April 1, 2009

Cholesterol

LDL: 88 down from 120
HDL: 33 up from 28
Triglycerides: 55 down from 100

BP:142/72 down from 150

EKG: Came back perfect.

Weight: 343 down from 400!!


That’s from taking 500mg Niacin (Nicotinic Acid), 2400-4800mg omega3, and a multi vitamin a day.

That's awesome and something I really need to have checked out. Was it all meds or did the biking help out also? (obviously it did for the weight loss)

The meds are all jsut over the counter,they deffiantly helped with the HDL and LDL. But diet and excersise were deffiantly the best thing.

Good work! What are you using for the omega-3, fish oils?

Wish my triclycerides were 100. I am currently on Tricor with tris of 434. Weigh in at 225lbs. Even when I was at the gym every day and at 187lbs, my cholesterol was bad. Damn genetics.

THANKS!! Yeah that the main reason that i am doing this one last time. (I have lost weight like this 3 other times and then jsut went back to old ways) I feel like i am dodging a bullet and owe it to my self to be healthier.

Yeah jsut omega 3 fish oils i think they are natures bounty. (no burp )

So are you self presribing the niacin or did the doctor provide you with the doseage amount
