All these Injury/Crash Threads, How Far Will Gina Ride Tomorrow?

She hit my wheel 2 weeks ago and went down pretty hard. I rode alone lastweek while she did some recovery time. I offered another week on the DL list but she refused. Says she's a little shakey about getting on her bike. So I offered a tandem ride on the trail this Saturday. We'll ride for a while to see how she feels. If she's good, we'll do a good distance. If not, we'll do a short ride, just enough to stretch the legs.

I think she's one of the tougher partenrs I've ridden with! Some of my other self proclaimed "serious/tough" riders take a month off the bike after having a pimple on the butt!....................................

Ouchie Gina!!!!

Seriously Mr Beanz.....just who told you about my butt pimple? (bet it was that Txvintage feller)
You know they can lead to the horrible formation of debilitating butt pucker and eye squint.

Now back to my ice packs.
Gina....you too.
Get well soon!

She won't go. I and several friends have mentioned clotting. She just laughs and says if anything happens to her, I will be well set. That's her joke, not mine!

We did 53 miles today. She did very well up to about 40 miles when we hit the coast. Luckily we had a tailwind back. Made for a nice ez cool down.

BTW, she didn't have any pain on the leg with the large bruises. It wasn't the leg she was expecting to hurt. It was more the back inner knee of the opposite leg that was tender.
