calories went up again today...
as did the Protein/Carb/Fat ratio so I had to calculate my whole diet...
3,622 clean calories is alot of damn food...
I am getting sick of eating...

calories go up again on Monday... 3,721 per day...
weight holding at 258-260 (little water fluctuation...)
next week is the last week of the 'conditioning phase' the week after starts 'fat burn' and it should last 11 weeks... thank God!!! (last time I did this I lost 3-4 lbs per week...let's see 11 x 4 = 44lbs of fat gone...
I can do that!)
calories will start to decrease and the amounts of sugar and fat will cycle up and down...
let the fun begin!!!
