I'd say losing 6 lbs per week is a little much ... but then I probably wouldn't listen to me if I were you. Like others said, it's probably not quite that wonderful ( if you measure yourself before and after a ride, you're likely to notice some minor dehydration from sweating so much ), and also, if your body isn't telling you to back off, you almost certainly don't need to.
Doing 20 miles in less than two hours is no joke. While the roadies talk about their 22 mph moving averages, you've got to keep in mind that most people will never ride a bike 20 miles at a time. It's like Oprah complaining that she isn't as rich as Bill Gates.
Also, if you aren't getting leg cramps doing 300 miles in three weeks, you should check out the 500 mi/mo thread.

Got clipless pedals put on Saturday, they noticed I broke a spoke, fixed the spoke, and trued the wheel in about 10 minutes for free. If it's a simple broken spoke and the wheel isn't too bad I would be a little more pushy about getting it in and out.

Bikes: Had a Surly Cross Check - was totaled in recent accident. Sadly now just a Fuji Crosstown as a backup bike.

Small town - lucky to have one LBS - next one is 2 hour DRIVE away - so I'm not going to 'be too pushy'. Really, it isn't too bad - just lousy timing as they are closed Saturday afternoon and on Sunday. I couldn't get the bike in until 3:30 today - they close around 5 - they are getting it back to me after work Tuesday - so well - just lousy timing. I don't have the tools to take off the freewheel, and now since my busy time has came back full swing, I don't have the time to really figure out the mechanic part. I do good for the regular stuff, brakes, tires, etc. . . but anything requiring a special set of tools or some know how, I'm probably going to have to farm off for the time being.

Your progress is exciting. I remember the first time I rode 16 miles to my mom's house. Was my longest ride at that point and it was one of the most satisfying experiences of my life. Now I get pissed if a I go on a 40 mile club ride and don't end up with a 19 mph average. Oh for the good old days...
