Hello Again
I spent a good bit of time on here a few years ago. Then I got busy and my riding slowed down, and then stopped altogether. Unfortunately, I regained most of the weight that I had lost. I am in the process of relocating to the Phoenix area (from Alabama) for a new job and am using this time to get back on the bike and get my eating habits back under control. Glad to see some old names and a bunch of new ones!
