first ride of the month nursing my knee. 11.4miles and beat my best round-trip commute time. WTF?!?! Maybe the week off did me some good. Way off target for 200 tho, we'll see

Ok did 11.8 miles this evening for a recovery ride from the weekend of pounding on some miles. Felt good to get out temps were in the mid 80°'s with a lite head wind on the return trip to the car. This brings our running total to 84.8 miles so far.
