Allow me to introduce myself.....

Hello all! My name is Pete and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I've never heard the terms Clydesdales/Athenas until a few seconds ago, but apparently i belong in this category! I'm new to the bike community, but I recently bought a Cannondale road bike and have been riding almost every day. I'm a pretty large dude at 6'6" and 290lbs and as i quickly found out, the bike community is certainly not tailored towards a man my size! Anyways, i thought i would post here first and just say hello.

Heya Pete. Welcome!

I happen to live right up the road from you in Tenino.

Currently my bike is in pieces, and im on the mend (yes the two are related), but once i get myself healed up, there are plenty of great roads in our area to ride on, and it would be great to have another local rider to enjoy them with.
