Feels great gold. But one thing I noticed was that I rode more miles in September then August but I rode more days in August then Sept but I had longer rides in Sept then August. But I took more days off in Sept then August.
I would like to balance that out by doing two longer rides on the weekend if possible, a 20 or so miler on the weekday one day and shorter rides on the other week days
